Framkalla is run by Framkalla Europe AB, identification number 556943-4227. These terms and conditions are established between Framkalla and its clients. Swedish law is applied on all terms between Framkalla and the customer.

 

Your Personal Data

When placing an order on Framkalla you accept that Framkalla uses your personal data to finalize your order. Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Swedish Data Protection Law. When you place an order you give Framkalla and our sub-contractors the right to handle your photos. You also accept that Framkalla and Framkalla partners can send invitations and offers to your email address. Customers must be over 18 years old, in accordance with the Distance Purchase Law.

 

Your Order

As soon as Framkalla receives your order and order payment a confirmation email is sent to you. It is therefore very important that you enter a correct email address. Please save the confirmation email so that you can retrieve your order ID in case you have any questions to customer service. Our customer service is open 9am to 5pm on weekdays, we always try our very best to answer within 1 day (weekends and holidays not included).

 

Your payment

Payment is handled by Klarna or Stripe. You have the possibility to pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard), online bank or invoice. All prices are including VAT 25%. Sensitive information such as your credit card details are always transmitted to Klarna or Stripe encrypted (SSL) to ensure that no one else can access the information. No sensitive information is stored by Framkalla, it is sent directly to Stripe or Klarna. Invoice payment requires the customer’s personal identity number (invoice payment is only possible in Sweden).

 

Shipping & Delivery

All of our orders include free shipping! We send your orders with Postnord. We delivery within 5-7 business days. If you have not received your delivery after 10 business days contact customer service at hello@framkallaapp.com. Please include your order number in the email. Make sure you type the correct delivery address when placing an order, Framkalla is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address or if the customer’s name is not visible on the door/mailbox.

 

Poster delivery

Posters are sent as packages and delivered to your nearest post office. When your poster is sent you will receive an email with tracking ID allowing you to track your poster (only available to track package in Sweden). You will receive a text message when your poster is ready for pick-up at your local post office, you will also receive an email reminder followed by a reminder sent to your address. It is therefore very important that you confirm your details before placing your order. Don’t forget to bring ID when picking up your poster. Your poster is available for pick-up at the post office for 14 days, it is then sent back to Framkalla. If you have not retrieved your poster during these 14 days and wish to have it sent again we will send it for an extra fee of 140kr. This fee will be sent as a separate invoice to the customer.

 

Canceling or changing your order

If you wish to cancel your order you need to place an email to customer service at hello@framkallaapp.com as soon as possible. Your order is automatically sent to production when it’s been completed, making it very hard for us to cancel an order in time. We will always do our best to cancel in time but if we can’t there is no possibility for a refund. It is not possible to alter your order after payment. Since our products are unique, thanks to your own pictures, there is no cancellation or alteration policy, in accordance with the Distance Purchase Law.

 

Reclaiming your order

If there is something wrong with your order, or if you are not fully satisfied with your order please contact our customer service at hello@framkallaapp.com. Describe what is wrong with your order or why your are not satisfied. If we conclude that there is an error in production of your order or if your order has been damaged we will gladly compensate you with a new order. Any faults or damages on your order must be communicated to customer service within 14 days after delivery.

 

Changes och possible errors

We reserve the right for any errors including pricing, technical issues or incorrect information presented by Framkalla services. Each time you use our services you agree to abide to the current terms and conditions. Framkalla reserves the right to at any time to change these terms and conditions.
